Welcome to the EFNEP Partner Website!

This website is a centralized resource for learning, collaboration, and building strong EFNEP programs and where EFNEP leaders can share best practices, emerging strategies, and valuable knowledge with the EFNEP community.

Resources: This section includes resources to support EFNEP implementation, including:

  • Promotional Materials: Logos, flyers, and other materials for stakeholder outreach and program promotion.
  • NIFA Policies & Guidelines: Stay informed with the latest policies and guidelines from the National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA).
  • Evaluation & Reporting: Access current youth and adult evaluation materials, translated forms, and valuable resources for program evaluation.

Education & Training: Access educational materials developed by EFNEP institutions to train both participants and staff. Learn how to submit your own materials with Qualtrics.

  • Shared Calendar: Stay up-to-date on regional meetings, program training opportunities, and other important EFNEP events.
  • Committee Work: A dedicated space for workgroups to share information, updates, and outcomes with EFNEP coordinators and stakeholders, and to encourage others to get involved in opportunities to improve EFNEP delivery.
  • Archives: Access archived files and historical documents related to EFNEP evaluation and policies.

How to Submit Materials

  1. All EFNEP staff are encouraged to share materials that may benefit others within EFNEP. Materials may be submitted via Qualtrics.
  2. Once submitted, materials will be reviewed by the EFNEP Website Committee members and those deemed appropriate via the peer review process will be published to the website.

Peer Review Process

  1. Materials submitted for inclusion on the EFNEP website will be reviewed by members of the EFNEP Website Committee on a rolling basis. Items that will be considered include:
    • Type of material submitted
    • Year resource was developed
    • Target audience
    • EFNEP core areas and topics of concern addressed
    • Learning methods utilized
    • Evidence or practice base for material
    • Accessibility
    • Free or paid resource
  2. Once reviewed and deemed appropriate, materials will be uploaded to the website on a rolling basis. If materials are not selected for inclusion, authors will be notified and permitted to resubmit.

A. Members of the EFNEP Website Committee will review all submitted materials.

A. Reviews will be conducted on a rolling basis and will depend on the workload of committee members.

Q. Will I get any comments back?
A. Materials that are not accepted will receive feedback on why and will be permitted to be revised and resubmitted.
